Established in 2018, Trillium Restaurant features locally inspired, regionally sourced American fare in a comfortable, contemporary setting located inside The Grove Hotel, downtown Boise’s only full-service, AAA four diamond hotel.

Executive Chef Chris Hain and his Trillium team are committed to impressing each guest with integrity; at Trillium, we like to keep our initiatives simple: host quality and creativity within our plates and atmosphere, and proudly incorporate locally sourced, seasonal ingredients wherever possible. A culinary expert for over twenty years, Chef Hain prepares a full menu of one-of-a-kind, flavorful plates, with creativity constructed into each dish, down to the smallest detail. Chef has been a part of The Grove Hotel family since doors opened in 1997.

The Tastes of Trillium

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, tastes of Trillium are sure to impress. With mouthwatering dishes like almond crusted french toast, eggs & avocado toast, and smoked salmon frittatas, there is something on the morning menu for everyone. For lunch and dinner, exclusive plates like the huckleberry short ribs, cajun shrimp mac & cheese, or a classic filet mignon will shamelessly steal the show. Pair your lunch or dinner with an Idaho wine or local beer on tap, and you’ve experienced Trillium at it’s finest.
